Sadly Dixie passed away on Friday 2nd October 2020. Dixie had a long and distinguished career on the Royal Yacht and then as a Judge’s Clerk at the Royal Courts of Justice. No other details known yet.

So sad to hear that Dixie D has Crossed the Bar. I met him on board HMY during Wintex Sept/Oct 1975. I was RSOW as part of the RN/RNR Commsec Team. He was always jovial, a great character and with gales galore during the Wintex, jolly good company. RIP Dixie.
