From Mark Rutley: It is with great personal sadness I write to inform you of the passing of RNCCA member Lt. Cdr Robert “Bob” Villier 855 (to many of us aka “Drafty”)
A man that shaped my Royal Navy career and my employment at QHM Portsmouth.
My thoughts and prayers are with Charlotte, George & Harrison at this sad time. RIP Bob till we T it up again.
